Tight street frontages, historic brickwork, and existing low front fences in face brick or render. Restoration and matching-style new builds are the bulk of the work here: getting the right reds, salmon pinks or browns of period brickwork, the right pointing, and pier proportions that fit the terrace rhythm. Heritage conservation areas cover much of the suburb cluster, so styling decisions are constrained but for good reason.
