Bondi mixes original 1920s and 30s flats with renovated semis and contemporary builds, all within a few blocks of saltwater. Fences here have to cope with the salt-laden air, so we use durable face brick and corrosion-resistant fixings. Pier-and-panel runs with rendered finishes work well for the coastal-modern look that's taken over much of the suburb above the beach.
